The Music
Understanding that some would give in to the temptation to be loners, the Scriptures urge us to gather regularly to “motivate one another to acts of love and good works” (Heb. 10:24-25).

At Point Harbor, we value corporate worship as the time in our week that we come together as a family of believers to reset and refocus our hearts and minds on God. We use music, scripture, and prayer to help accomplish this. Although worship has many facets, singing together plays a huge role in our worship gatherings as it unifies us in praise to God and encouragement of one another (Eph. 5:19).

Our music is contemporary, energetic, as well as soft and reflective. At the same time, it is diverse in style, reflecting our racial and cultural makeup.

In addition, the Music and Arts Ministry incorporates drama and visual artistic expressions to help convey God’s truths in an interesting and meaningful way.

The Message
Titus 2:10 “… make the teaching about God our Savior attractive in every way.”

One thing you will be able to say about the messages delivered here at PHCC is that they sure are not boring! Filled with humor, passion, and energy, the messages are relevant and life changing. Because we believe the Word of God is God’s Word, we know we can rely on it to change us from the inside out! You can count on each message to have something that can and will encourage, uplift, inspire, correct, and challenge you, and therefore enable your growth as a Christian. Jesus said, “As it is written: People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4) As we hear it, learn it, apply it, and obey it, we can have confidence that we will be growing in grace with every truth we trust from the scriptures.
